Hello World

We started a blog. Not because the world needs another polished stream of launch posts, but because building software produces a steady pile of decisions, mistakes, fixes, and weird little lessons, and most of them disappear faster than they should.

Why This Exists

Some things deserve more than a commit message or a half-remembered conversation. This is where we keep the parts worth revisiting: what we shipped, what broke, what changed our mind, and what only made sense after reality pushed back.

What You’ll Find Here

Mostly:

  • things we shipped
  • things we broke
  • things we learned later than we wanted to

If a post ever starts sounding like marketing, that is probably a bug.
