2. How to Report

  • Steps to Reproduce: What you were doing when the issue occurred, step by step.
  • Expected Behavior: What you expected to happen.
  • Actual Behavior: What actually happened.
  • Screenshots: If applicable, attach screenshots or screen recordings.
  • Browser and Device: Your browser name/version, operating system, and device type.

2.2 Example Report

Subject: Quiz timer not working on mobile

I was taking the JavaScript Basics quiz on my phone (iPhone 15, Safari 18). After answering question 3, the timer froze at 2:45 and stopped counting down. I could still answer questions, but the timer never resumed. Refreshing the page reset my progress.
