Cookies Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains how SkillAnvil S.R.L. ("SkillAnvil," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and browser storage on the SkillAnvil website and learning platform (the "Service").
We currently use these technologies for essential features and preferences. We do not use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies.
1. What We Use
Cookies and browser storage help the Service:
- keep you signed in and protect your account;
- remember your cookie choice, theme, and other preferences;
- preserve bookmarks, drafts, and temporary learning activity; and
- complete external sign-in and payment checkout safely.
Sign-in cookies normally remain until they expire or you sign out. Short-lived sign-in and checkout information is removed after the relevant process or within a short period. Preferences and locally saved content may remain until you clear your browser data or SkillAnvil replaces them.
2. Essential and Optional Cookies
Some cookies and browser storage are strictly necessary for a feature you request, such as signing in, securing your session, saving form input, or completing checkout. Where permitted by law, these do not require prior consent.
We do not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce non-essential cookies that require consent, we will ask before using them and provide a way to withdraw that consent.
3. External Services
If you choose Google sign-in or proceed to Stripe checkout, those providers may use cookies on their own pages under their own policies. SkillAnvil does not control cookies placed directly by those providers.
4. Your Choices
You can use Cookie settings in the application or your browser settings to manage or delete cookies and site data.
Deleting or blocking essential storage may sign you out or prevent account access, checkout, saved preferences, or learning features from working. If you decline storage through SkillAnvil's current cookie prompt, legal and support pages remain available, but the learning application cannot be used because its core account and security features depend on browser storage.
5. Privacy, Changes, and Contact
Some cookie and storage information may be personal data when linked to your account or device. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data and the rights available to you.
We may update this Policy when the Service, our storage practices, or applicable law changes. We will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice or request consent where required.
